There are a lot of cards to unlock in Hearthstone: Heroes of Warcraft, and it’s going to take you a long while to unlock all of them normal way.
I have this list broken down into specific cards, groups of cards (class specific, neutral, etc), expansion groups, and card packs.

Specific Unlockable Cards
Captain’s Parrot – Obtain all Pirate cards in the Expert Set (you receive two copies)
Captain’s Parrot (Golden) – Obtain a Golden version of all Pirate cards in the Expert Set (you receive two copies)
Gelbin Mekkatorque (Golden) – Purchase a pack or arena entry during the Beta period with money
Old Murk-Eye – Obtain all Murloc cards in the Expert Set.
Old Murk-Eye (Golden) – Obtain a Golden version of all Murloc crds in the Basic and Expert Sets (will require a level 51 Priest, level 53 Paladin, level 53 Warlock, and level 53 Rogue)
Unlockable Card Groups
Class-Specific Basic Cards – Level the corresponding class you want to unlock cards for (cards are unlocked at Levels 2, 4, 6, 8, and 10 for each class)
Golden Class-Specific Basic Cards – Level the corresponding class you want to unlock cards for (all are unlocked at Level 52 for the Mage and Warrior, and Level 50 for the other classes)
Golden Class-Neutral Basic Cards – Level every class to Level 60 (cards are unlocked at levels 53-60 for the Mage and Warrior classes, and 51-60 for the other classes)
Unlockable Expansion Card Groups
Naxxramas: Class-Neutral Common, Rare, and Epic Cards – Defeat all 15 Naxxramas bosses, one card is earned per boss
Naxxramas: Class-Neutral Legendary Cards – Clear all 5 Naxxramas wings, each wing provides cards
Naxxramas: Class-Specific Cards – Clear each Naxxramas Class Challenge with the corresponding class, a card is earned for each class
Naxxramas: Golden Card Crafting – Obtain a normal version of any Naxxramas card to unlock the ability to craft a Golden version of that card from Dust
Unlockable Card Packs
Reaper of Packs – Purchase Diablo 3: Reaper Of Souls, and redeem the code provided with the game (provides one card pack)
Greater Reaper of Packs – Purchase Diablo 3: Reaper Of Souls – Collector’s Edition, and redeem the code provided with the game (provides three card packs)
