In DragonVale for the Android & iOS devices (iPhone, iPad, etc.), the Pepper Dragon is a standard dragon with Fire and Plant elements.
The Pepper Dragon has a base breeding time of 6 hours, sells for 12,500 coins, and earns 3,500 XP for successful breeding once you reach level 7.
To breed a Pepper Dragon, you need to breed a dragon that contains the Fire element with a dragon that contains the Plant element.
