In DragonVale for the iPhone and iPad, the Cyclops Dragon is an Epic hybrid dragon that you can breed at level 17.
To breed a Cyclops Dragon, you need to breed dragons with the traits of Water, Lightning, and Metal combined. Some good combinations for this should be Copper + Seaweed, or Magnetic + Swamp.
The Cyclops Dragon nets you 300k XP, sells for 1.75 million coins, and has a 33 hour breeding time. It also belongs to the Olympus Habitat.
