In DragonVale for the iPhone and iPad, the Hail Dragon is an uncommon hybrid dragon with both Cold and Lightning attributes.
To breed a Hail Dragon, you just need to breed a Cold Dragon with a Lightning Dragon, or hybrids that contain both of these traits plus one other trait.
