I like playing againts a human opponent in Wii Sports Baseball and throwing pitches normally for most of the game. Then when it gets to the end, I whip out my new strategy. I start pitching the ball really fast. Sometimes I can get the pitch up to 99MPH.
I can’t do this with regular arm movement though. The trick is, instead of making your arm move like you are throwing a pitch, just aim the wii-mote at the ceiling and wave it around in a circular motion really fast. This will make the pitcher throw the ball really fast.

You might wonder why there are times when your serve is really fast in Wii Sports Tennis. You try to sling your arm as hard as you can, but just can’t reproduce it. Well actually, the serve speed has nothing to do with your arm movement.
You have to time it just right so that when the ball is tossed in the air that it is hit it at the very top of the toss. If you make contact with the ball right at the top, even just a slow flick of the wrist will hit it really hard it to the other side.

I’ve discovered that not many people know that you can actually spin the ball in Wii Sports Tennis. That’s right! You can put a little ‘english’ on the ball as you hit it.
Just twist your wrist as you are hitting the ball. It works just like in real tennis. Twist your wrist forward to spin the ball forward, spin it back to take something off the bounce and spin the ball backwards.

Wouldn’t it be great to shock and amaze your friends by bowling a strike every time while playing them at Wii Bowling? Well, unless you are a robot that can make exactly the same arm movements over and over again there really is no easy way. Although there are some tips you can follow to increase your chances.
A common approach for many would be to line up way to the left if you’re a left hander, or all the way to the right if you’re a right hander and aiming a striaght ball right at the pocket (between the first and second pin in the front). Throw a straight ball right at that area. If executed correctly, you will easily bowl a strike every time.
