So you want to unlock the Cheat Menu or play Arcade Mode in Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare for the PS3 or Xbox 360? Unfortunately, you will have to complete the game first. You can complete the game on any difficulty level in order to do this. The Cheat Menu will appear in the game under Options once you have done so.
